	* newsym: First stab at understanding data as well as functions.
	
	* pipe.cc (fhandler_pipe::init): Move more intelligence here.
	(fhandler_pipe::create): Simplify based on above change.
	
	* tty.cc (tty_list::allocate): Remove non-NT code.
